EppHaven House is positioned on the beautiful North Cornwall coast. With idyllic, uninterrupted views out to sea and 6 acres of grounds, you will not want to leave for a moment.

If you can drag yourself away, however, EppHaven is perfectly placed for visits to the sailing mecca of Rock (10 mins) or Polzeath (7 mins) for surf fanatics or Padstow 25 mins by car or by ferry or water taxi from Rock.

A little further afield you will find The Eden Project, the Minack Theatre and St Ives. Of course there are many other wonderful attractions all around Cornwall.

EppHaven House is approached from a private unmade road. There is a long private drive at the bottom of which there is parking for several cars and boats. The house sleeps 8 (plus 1 in cot).

From the garden there is a private path down to EppHaven Beach and the beautiful coast path, with the delightful hamlet of Port Quin in easy walking distance.

The garden is secure for children as well as being a natural adventure playground for them, with spinneys and paths to explore.

The house is as comfortable for a couple as it is for families. It is perfect in winter and summer alike.
